"Artify": To make arty; To imbue and beautify with art. "Heart": The center or inner core of one's being. Thus, to "ArtiphyTheHeart" is to imbue the inner core of one's existance with the beauty of art.
I'm a curious and creative explorer of the world, currently working in book arts, collage, mixed media, fiber arts and acrylics. Each day I try to share a snippet of my life and musings through a piece of artwork, and every once in a while I spice it up with a pinch of practical wisdom.
Today's I.F. theme is stitch. Scanned a sketch into Photoshop and finished it digitally.
"Stitching Bird" is a stitch in time. I have no time, and the theme is stitch. Can anyone add a few hours to my day and a day or more onto the week? I could use the extra time.

Interesting that you chose to do one color with black. Very strong!
I don't recognize any of the blogs you gave the award to...so now I have to ;)
I really like the background on this drawing, all speckled!
I know what you mean about the hours. I guess one has to be an night owl.
Thank you for the comment, happy crafting!

I agree with the lack of time when making art. But your stitching bird that you stitched up in no time is lovely and I tend to think that truly creative artists will whip up a few stitches and make something wonderful :-)

I know exactly how you feel. Some days I wish they had more hours.
Nice illustration and by the way I love the music in your website.

A stitch in time is worth a bird in the hand.

This is very beautiful! Like a mosaic. I know what you mean, where does the time go?

This is so beautiful. It looks hand beaded. There definitely is not enough time in the day/week to meet all these wonderful art challenges..

Great texture. It makes me think of what cave art would look like if it were painted on sparkling quartz walls. :-)
